Hello. My name is Tera Remick. My husband Keith and I have lived in Quakertown all our lives, and are both Quakertown alumni. I work full time for Mack Trucks in Macungie as a Material Planner. Keith works for Grace Industries, a construction company. He is the President of Quakertown Soccer Club. We have six children; Zoey: 24, Douglas: 20 (not pictured), Nancy: 19, Lilly: 13, Aaron: 11 and Sophia: 9. We also have a grand-daughter Scarlett who is 3. In my free time I enjoy crafting, volunteering, and spending time with my family and friends. 

This is my 6th year on the PIE board, my second as President. I was previously the treasurer. I joined PIE because I wanted to help out and I've loved all the relationships I've built along the way! 

My name is Kristy Hutt. I am the Co-President of Quakertown Elementary PIE. I have lived in Quakertown my whole life. I went to and graduated from Quakertown. This is me and my family, Joshua my husband, Josiah 8th grade, and Faith 2nd grade. We also have our adorable pug name Muffin. I am a stay at home mom and my husband works for Bucks County.

When we are not at QE our family loves to go camping, go to the beach, we love disc golfing and being outdoors. When we are at home we love playing board games or having a family battle of some sort on the Nintendo Switch. 

I look forward to this year as the Co-President for PIE, helping out and planning lots of fun activities for all the kids at QE. This is my second year as a PIE officer and cant wait to see all the great things going on at QE!!!!! I love being able to help plan and carry out all the activities for our students.

Hi!!  My name is Jason Gerhart, and I am the 2023-24Quakertown Elementary School P.I.E. (Partners In Education) Co-Vice President.  Since 1984, I have lived in the Quakertown Community School District except from July 2006 until December 2008 when my wife (Stephanie) and I returned and bought our 1st and current house in Quakertown Borough.  I attended QCSD Kindergarten-12th Grade (Richland, Milford, QCHS) and was a 2001 QCSD graduate.  Currently, my oldest child (Colby) attends Quakertown Elementary School for 5th grade and my youngest (Cooper) enters 1st grade for the 2022-23 school year.  For several years I have attended and been involved with Quakertown Elementary School P.I.E. (Partners in Education), was co-chair of the 2020-21 QCSD Elementary Redistricting Committee, and a 2021 QCSD Region 3 School Board Director Candidate.  Been an active member of Trumbauersville Volunteer Fire Company since April 1997, where I celebrated 25 years this year, and was involved in many administrative functions, fundraising events, etc.  Also, have always had a strong interest to stay up to date with local current and community events, construction, business closings and openings, etc. and have attended many local municipality and QCSD board meetings in recent years.

I joined QES P.I.E looking for a bigger/new challenge and to get more involved in my children’s and their friends’ educational experience.  It is so rewarding hearing what happened at school or at a school event and knowing you had a part in making it so much fun and memorable.  Hope to meet more of the Quakertown Elementary School family (students, families, teachers, and staff) at various school assemblies/events, fundraisers, field trips, etc. throughout the school year. 

Hi, my name is Jackie Bollman and this is my second year as a PIE officer. I volunteered for three years prior to being an officer. I love being a part of PIE and all of the activities that we do for the school and within the school.

My husband, Brad and I are both Quakertown alumni. We have two children, one in 8th grade at Strayer and one in 2nd grade at QE.

In PIE, we work great as a team and are always looking for more help. So if you are creative, and you like helping out and being involved, please volunteer and get to know us in person. We really like building that QE community and we want everyone to feel welcome!

Hello! My name is Jamie Swann, and I am Co-Treasurer of the P.I.E committee this year. My husband Steve and I have one son, Jacob, who is in 4th grade. You will most likely see our dog Trooper at some point. He loves taking walks to the school and getting all the attention.

I started volunteering at events when Jake was in kindergarten. I instantly fell in love with the family like community that I saw at QE and wanted to be a part of that. My first time as an officer was last year.

Through P.I.E I have been able to get to know the teachers, students, and other families on a more personal level, which has meant a lot to me. I love seeing families enjoying different events and spending time with one another. I am looking forward to a fun 2022-2023 school year. QE ROCKS!!

I'm Chelsea Kenner and I live in Quakertown with my husband, four boys, dog, and a fish. I have worked at a veterinary clinic as a veterinary technician for two decades. I enjoy the outdoors, gardening, cooking and baking. As a family, we like to explore new hiking trails, take bike rides, and we enjoy sports of any kind. My favorite form of exercise is Zumba. I have enjoyed volunteering in the local schools, and now my loyal dog, Kimber joins in the fun as a therapy dog. You can spot us walking around town. My oldest boy is starting PaCyber and the 3 youngest are at Q.E. I am looking forward to serving on P.I.E. this year handling bake sales and helping with other special events. I am excited about the 2023-24 school year and can't wait to meet new faces.
